ORLANDO, Fl. (April 5, 2019) — The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) today released its 2018 Annual Report, which features key accomplishments and highlights from the past year.
"NIPR is the heart of the nation's producer licensing system, and 2018 was another great year for us," said NIPR CEO Karen Stakem Hornig. "Exceptional customer service, dynamic innovation and a talented and engaging team were a part of our successes in 2018.”
Some key highlights from the report show NIPR:
- Processed more than 31 million transactions — a 10 percent increase from 2017.
- Expanded its call center services, resulting in a 12 percent increase in customers served.
- Launched the NIPR Mobile application.
