NAIC Comments on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Decision on Affordable Care Act

WASHINGTON (Dec. 19, 2019) — With the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Court decision in Texas v US, the litigation around the Affordable Care Act continues and the NAIC and its members remain committed to protecting consumers. Policyholders can be assured that current plans and those purchased for 2020 are and will be in force through the remainder of the plan year.
