Business Interruption Data Call Update
The Business Interruption data call is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the amount of business interruption premiums and policies and the extent to which policies have pandemic exclusions or physical loss requirements and the second part focuses on claims and losses on an ongoing basis. Data on the first part was due June 1, and states are currently analyzing that data.
Claims and loss data will be collected beginning in mid-June and on a monthly basis, thereafter.
