This NAIC Center for Insurance Policy and Research (CIPR) will be releasing a study, tentatively titled, “How InsurTech is Reshaping Insurance: A Guide for Regulators and Innovators,” in the spring of 2020. The Study will examine the state of the U.S. InsurTech (insurance technology) market and how new and emerging technology is driving innovation across the insurance value chain. It will also examine the associated regulatory concerns and review U.S. state specific activities related to InsurTech including the activities of the NAIC Innovation and Technology (EX) Task Force.
