Allowing initial insurance producer applicants who have completed all pre-licensing requirements except for the pre-licensing state examination, who are now unable to sit for the examination due to COVID-19, to receive a temporary insurance producer license. The temporary license is effective for 180 days, during which time these licensees shall have the opportunity to take and pass their pre-licensing state examination in order to receive an insurance producer license.
