Suspended employer penalty payments and reinstatement of stop-work penalty orders issued by the Division of Workers' Compensation. Suspended requirement that workers' compensation insurers mail informational brochures pursuant to 440.185(3). Urged insurers to deliver the brochures by electronic means. Effective for the period in Executive Order 20/52 and any amendments to it or until rescinded by the Chief Financial Officer.
