Requested that insurers work with policyholders by considering premium discounts and refunds, and providing options for non-renewal and missed payments. Also requested that insurers remain sensitive to issues with expired licenses as the Governor issued an emergency order suspending Utah's vehicle, vessel and trailer registration laws.
