First-Class Service
One of our top priorities is to deliver first-class service to our members to assist them with initiatives that protect consumers. During the first year of our DE&I initiatives, the following programs were launched to provide resources and a platform to empower our members as they engage with their communities.
Special Committee on Race and Insurance
Our members actively engage with industry, consumer groups, and federal entities to identify ways to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the industry.
DE&I Breakfast
NAIC facilitated a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Breakfast for state regulators to discuss and learn from each other on important topics related to diversity and inclusion.
Member Participation
State insurance regulators share personal stories and ideas through events such as the DE&I Conference, NAICU Exchanges, Book Club, and the State Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Forum.
