- None. Articles of Incorporation and Secretary of State approval are no longer required for licensing.

- In order to obtain a non-resident business license, there must be at least one licensed agent in the state of Indiana. In reference to question 23 on the business application, Indiana does not require that the designated producer be an officer, director or partner of the business entity.
