In-person registrants: Download the “NAIC Events” app and search for the “2025 NAIC Fall National Meeting”

Virtual registrants: Login using the event website to participate virtually

All registered attendees will receive access to:

• Open hybrid meetings taking place during the Fall National Meeting
• Meeting agendas, materials, summaries, and meeting minutes for all open meetings within ten (10) business days after the conclusion of the national meeting
• Recordings of all open meetings taking place during the Fall National Meeting

The Diplomat Convention Center, 3rd floor foyer during the following days and times:

• Sunday, December 7: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET
• Monday, December 8: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET
• Tuesday, December 9: 7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. ET
• Wednesday, December 10: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET
• Thursday, December 11: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET (or until Plenary ends)

Cancellation Policy

All meeting registration cancellations MUST be in writing to the NAIC Meetings Department. by emailing at meetingsmail@naic.org. Refunds are issued accordingly:

Cancellation request by December 3: Full refund
Cancellation request after December 3: No refund. 

Registration fees are NOT transferable to future meetings however substitutions are accepted.

NOTE: If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances such as a flight cancellation, a death in your immediate family, a verifiable illness, or other verifiable medical necessity, please contact the NAIC Meetings Department to discuss possible alternatives. You must contact the NAIC within seven business days after the meeting for your request to be considered.
