Cancellation Policy
All meeting registration cancellations MUST be in writing to the NAIC Meetings Department by emailing meetingsmail@naic.org.
Refunds are issued accordingly:
Cancellation request by March 18: Full refund
Cancellation request after March 18: No refund
Registration fees are NOT transferable to future meetings. However, substitutions are accepted.
NOTE: If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances such as a flight cancellation, a death in your immediate family, a verifiable illness, or other verifiable medical necessity, please contact the NAIC Meetings Department to discuss possible alternatives. You must contact the NAIC within seven business days after the meeting for your request to be considered.

How to Reserve a Room
Once conference registration has been completed, you will receive your confirmation via email, which will contain a link to register at the hotel listed above. Note that room reservations can only be made online using this special NAIC reservations page. Call-in reservations will not be accepted.
Reserved room blocks expire February 23, 2026. However, rooms may sell out prior to this deadline.
Arrival/departure date changes should be made directly with the hotel, which will be subject to a rate increase and availability after the initial reservation.
All rooms are subject to 15.945% tax rate (which includes; Occupancy Tax 13.75%, TMD Assessment: 2%, CA Tourism Fee: 0.195%. Five percent of your hotel room rate is being rebated to the NAIC to defray meeting expenses. Rooms cancelled within 72 hours (local time) of scheduled arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.
