In December 2022, the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) published its annual Global Insurance Market Report (GIMAR) to identify climate-affected investment in insurer investment portfolios from a global perspective. This session will discuss the U.S.-specific results from this report and the methodology employed to develop these results, highlighting the coverage extension into insurers’ municipal bond portfolio.
