This session will include discussion of common misunderstandings of the accreditation program, what and how findings are discussed among review team members, how states may prepare staff for accreditation processes and reviews, and the role of the Financial Regulation Standards and Accreditation (F) Committee in the accreditation process. Additionally, participants will have an opportunity to get a glimpse of a review team’s discussion session. Insights will be shared from the perspective of a financial regulator, accreditation team leader and NAIC staff.
