Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies cannot replace the expertise and experience of seasoned insurance staff, but these technologies can enhance review processes. Using AI and ML to supplement these processes improves consistency, reduces manual and repetitive tasks, and speeds up review, allowing knowledge workers to do knowledge work.
