The purpose of this meeting is to 1) consider adoption of 2024 proposed charges; 2) consider adoption of revised procedures; 3)  hear updates on Risk Evaluation Ad Hoc Group; 4) receive a referral from the Statutory Accounting Principles (E) Working Group regarding its Schedule BA proposal for Non-Bond Debt Securities; 5) consider exposure of 2023-12-CA (Market Value Excess Affiliated Stocks); and 6) discuss the RBC charge for Blank Affiliate type.
