Jasmine Jirele became President and CEO of Allianz Life in 2021. Her leadership experience spans strategy, product innovation, marketing, operations, and digital and experience management. From 2018 to 2021, Jirele served as Allianz Life’s chief growth officer, where she was responsible for defining the company’s growth strategy, including its expansion into new markets, and leading product innovation, marketing, communications, Allianz Ventures and enterprise agile. She has held various leadership roles in marketing, product innovation and operations at Allianz Life, and has also served in executive roles at Wells Fargo Bank’s Consumer Bank and Wealth and Investment Management divisions.

Jirele serves on the boards of the American Council of Life Insurers, the Minnesota Business Partnership, YMCA of the North, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, LIMRA LOMA and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She holds a B.A. in business and journalism from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from Hamline University.
