Guillermo Plate is a lawyer, graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina and has a Master’s degree in International Law from Duke University School of Law (United States) and a Master in Business Law from the Universidad Austral (Argentina).

Plate has an extensive background in insurance, having served in the SSN (Superintendencia de Seguros de la Nación) during the 2017-2019 management. During those years he developed close ties with the NAIC, following his participation as a student in the International Fellows Program.

He also worked for leading law firms and companies and served as manager of fiduciary services in International Banking.
