Federal Insurance Adjuster Licensing Legislation Issue Brief
The NAIC opposes H.R. 3363, the "Claims Licensing Advancement for Interstate Matters Act" or the CLAIM Act, which would unnecessarily preempt state laws relating to independent adjuster licensing.
