NAIC Supports the Primary Regulators of Insurance Vote Act (PRIVA)
The NAIC supports the Primary Regulators of Insurance Vote Act of 2019. This proposed legislation would provide full voting participation for the state insurance regulator who serves on the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC).
