With last year’s adoption of post-crisis standards such as the Common Framework for the Supervision of Internationally Active Insurance Groups (ComFrame), international capital standard (ICS) 2.0 for the monitoring period, and the Holistic Framework, focus now shifts to implementing these workstreams and assessment of their adoption. Panelists will examine how jurisdictions are transitioning to an activities-based approach to systemic risk; the role of liquidity analysis in ensuring financial stability; and expectations for the ICS monitoring period, including field testing of the Aggregation Method (AM) as comparable to the reference ICS.
