Carriers should waive any cost-sharing for COVID-19 lab tests and for in-network office visits, urgent care vistis, emergency room vistis related to COVID-10 testing. If in-network unavailable, must cover out-of-network. Emergency regs will ensure cost-sharing not imposed. Carriers reminded that telehealth is to be covered, as is the vaccine if it becomes available. They must also make timely utilization review decisions and Rx coverage decisions.
