All individuals residing in Allegheny County, Beaver, Berks, Bucks, Butler, Carbon, Centre, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Erie, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Pike, Schuylkil, Washington, Wayne, Westmoreland, and York COunties are ordered to stay at home except as needed to access, support, or provide life sustaining business, emergency, or government services. Effective through April 6, 2020.
