| Insurers offering EPOs and HMOs are expected comply with federal law requiring coverage of COVID-19 testing without cost sharing; and to make sure there are adequate provider networks to handle increased demand for testing and minimize the need for services outside the network, and ensure consumer is protected if a network provider is not reasonably available. |
