Bulletin outlining measures that Insurers are expected to take to make sure consumers are aware of and able to access COVID-19 related services via carrier's phone lines and websites, including  information on: how to avoid COVID-19, access COVID-19 testing and  services, including accessing telehealth. Carriers are expected to educate in-network providers about covered services, devote resources to answer policyholder questions about coverage, monitor third party vendors to ensure adequate service, develop concise despriptions of coverage to post on websites, develop COVID-19 appeal and grievance procedures, alert consumers to heightened risk of scams and price gouging and to contact providers before making any changes, and ensure that consumers don't exerience a disruption of services and proactively reach out to consumers about services available.
