This session will discuss ethical considerations related to the day to day responsibilities of both members of industry and state insurance regulators. NAIC staff will review and discuss research on dealing with challenging situations and how that might shape our approach to working through a variety of situations.  The research to be discussed provides interesting insights into the statistics of honesty.
