A new feature being developed by the SBS team at the direction of our regulators is Complaints Processing. Using this new interface company complaint representatives and regulators will be able to share information (notes, attachments, etc.) via SBS.  This new system will also support real-time notifications when complaint cases area assigned, attachments are added, messages are sent, etc.  We expect Complaints processing to have an immediate and long lasting impact on the speed at which complaints can be communicated to the respondents (companies, agencies and licensees) and resolved.
