Preliminary materials include the following:

1. Proposed 2021 charges, which includes those related to the Working Groups reporting directly to the Committee which were exposed Sept. 2 and for which no comments were received, as well as those adopted by the task forces;
2. A memorandum from Commissioner White and Superintendent Cioppa which relate to a proposed new charge of the Valuation of Securities (E) Task Force.
