The purpose of the conference call is to review draft amendments to the Insurance Holding Company System Regulatory Act (#440) and the Insurance Holding Company System Model Regulation with Reporting Forms and Instructions (#450) specific to the issue of continuity of essential services through affiliated intercompany agreements during the receivership.  The Working Group will consider exposing the amendments for public comment.
