The purpose of the call is to discuss any comments received on the draft amendments to the Insurance Holding Company System Regulatory Act (#440) and the Insurance Holding Company System Model Regulation with Reporting Forms and Instructions (#450) that are exposed for comment.  The amendments are specific to the issue of continuity of essential services through affiliated intercompany agreements during the receivership.
