Due to the current situation concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, NAIC staff are working remotely and are not shipping products or taking phone calls.

International Orders: Please note an international handling fee is added to any publications order.

Shipping Information
Express Delivery: We can accommodate UPS and Federal Express. A $10 handling charge will be added to the express carrier's rate.

Shipping Costs:All domestic publication orders shipped from the NAIC will be sent UPS unless you request a different method. Shipping costs are determined by the cost of the product as follows:

$0 - $100 = $10
$100.01 - $300 = $15
$300.01-$1,000 = $20
$1000.01-$1500.00 = $25
$1500.01-$2,500.00 = $30
$2500.01-$3,500.00 = $35
$3500.01 and up = $40


If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it to the NAIC for a refund, exchange or account credit within 30 days of the date on the front of the Packing Slip above the order number. In order to receive a refund, exchange or account credit, the product must be in new, unopened condition with the NAIC quality seal intact. Subscription items cannot be returned after 30 days following the shipment of the first item. Products shipped via a RUSH request cannot be returned. Only the price of the product will be refunded; shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Refunds require 60-90 days to process. For all returns, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact an NAIC Representative at to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. A refund, credit or exchange will not be issued without an RMA number.
  2. Return the item via a shipping carrier that will provide a "proof of delivery."
  3. Return the item in ORIGINAL condition. If the item has been removed from its shrink-wrap, the NAIC quality seal has been removed, or the item has been date-stamped or otherwise altered, then the item is not in original condition and cannot be returned.
  4. Complete Steps 1 through 4 on the back of the packing slip and submit the form with the return. An incomplete form will not be accepted for return.
