SVO-PAR

The Securities Valuation Office produces Preliminary Analysis for Regulators at the request of NAIC members as a free service of the NAIC’s Capital Markets Bureau (CMB). These reports are intended for use by financial regulators in conducting ongoing financial analysis and/or in planning financial examination activities under a MOU between the NAIC and the Department of Insurance.

A survey is sent to all state insurance departments every February to gather (up to five) requests per state for that year.
