NAIC Approves SERFF Fiscal and Responds to Comment Letter

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) announced today it approved the fiscal for phase one of the SERFF Modernization transition stages following a 10-day public comment period.

The modernization project will ultimately replace the current SERFF platform and enable the NAIC to enhance the areas of document management, document workflow, and text processing using artificial intelligence, resulting in operational efficiency and regulatory consistency.

A complete copy of the fiscal and the one comment letter received, with NAIC’s response, can be found on the NAIC website or by clicking HERE.
