Iowa

Approval required for domestic insurers. Domestic insurers must get approval by the Iowa Insurance Division prior to filing with the Secretary of State's office.

No approval per se required of domestic insurers. Domestic insurers must file with the Division bylaws and subsequent amendments to such bylaws within thirty days of the adoption of such bylaws and amendments.

Kansas 

Approval required for domestic insurers. Domestic insurers must get approval by the Kansas Insurance Department prior to filing with the Secretary of State’s Office.

Domestic insurers must file amended bylaws with the department within 30 days after the changes or actions become effective or are otherwise finalized.

West Virginia
