Peer Review Project
In 2020, 4 more sessions of the peer review are being planned as follows:
Exam Program – 1 session
- Session will be a general session held with state regulators only
- Session will include 9 participating states and will last 3 ½ days
- Date: May 5-8
Analysis Program – 2 sessions
- Both sessions to focus on legal entity, risk focused analysis
- Sessions will focus on sound practice development and identification of training/tool needs to assist in the implementation of the Risk-Focused Analysis process
- Sessions will include 8 - 12 participating states depending upon demand and resources and will last 2 ½ days
- February 4-6
- October 20-22
Tentative Combined Exam & Analysis ORSA Session – 1 session
- Session will cover both the Analysis and Exam review and use of information within an ORSA filing
- Session would include 6 participating states and will last 2 ½ days
- Each attending State would send an analyst and examiner
- Either the analysis or exam application can be submitted with supplemental information completed.
- August 25-27
