Hear oral comments on the draft Guidance Document -- ERISA Preemption and State PBM laws. To ensure the meeting is as productive as possible, interested parties should email Jennifer Cook jcook@naic.org with written comments or indicate they plan to make oral comments during the Webex. Note that the final deadline for written comments is March 3. This is to allow interested parties to consider the meeting discussions when finalizing their written feedback.
