How To Reserve Your Hotel Room

After completing your conference registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to reserve your room at the official NAIC hotel. Hotel reservations must be made online through the special NAIC reservations page included in your confirmation email. Call-in reservations will not be accepted.

Important Reservation Deadline

The reserved NAIC room block expires October 16, 2026. However, rooms may sell out before this date. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their hotel room as soon as possible after completing conference registration.

Changes and Cancellations

Arrival and departure date changes should be made directly with the hotel. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate increase after the initial reservation is made. Rooms cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time, based on local hotel time, will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.

Hotel Rebate Disclosure

Five percent of the hotel room rate is being rebated to the NAIC to help defray meeting expenses.
