State Insurance Regulators and International Insurance Regulators
For U.S. state insurance regulators who are officials or employees of an insurance regulatory agency or department from the 50 states, D.C., and five U.S. territories, and officials and staff of international insurance regulatory agencies.
Federal & State Government Officials
For employees of federal agencies, state government agencies, federal and state legislative offices, and other governmental entities attending in an official capacity.
Non-Regulator Attendees
For industry representatives, consultants, firms, vendors, trade association staff, consumer representatives, academics, and other attendees who do not qualify under the regulator or government categories.

Registration Fees
After November 6, registration is $1,050 and available onsite only.
In-Person and Virtual Attendee Registration
The NAIC is pleased to offer complimentary registration for insurance regulators and government officials attending in their official capacities. Non-regulator attendees are subject to the registration fees outlined below.
Non-Regulator Registration Fees
• Register by November 6 - $950
• Register after November 6 - $1,050; onsite registration required.
First-Time Local Attendee Rate
• $500 Registration Fee
A discounted registration rate is available for first-time attendees who live and work within 100 miles of the Dallas, TX area. This special rate is designed to encourage local professionals to experience an NAIC National Meeting and engage with insurance regulatory leaders from across the country.
The NAIC accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
All meeting cancellations should be submitted to NAIC Meetings, Events & Travel Services.
• Cancellation requested by November 9: Full refund.
• Cancellation requested after November 9: No refund*
Registration fees cannot be transferred to future meetings. However, substitutions are accepted.
Attendees may opt to switch to virtual attendance and have access to session recordings up to 60 days after the meeting concludes.
*If you are unable to attend due to a flight cancellation, death in your immediate family, verifiable illness, or other documented emergency, please contact the NAIC Meetings Department within seven business days after the meeting to discuss possible alternatives.
