Health insurers directed to provide financial administrative relief to NY hospitals by, among other things: (i) immediately processing for payment outstanding hospital claims and suspending pre-authorization requirements for all services performed at hospitals until June 18, 2020 and (ii) working with hospitals in their networks to provide financial assistance if needed and feasible.
