This meeting is in lieu of the Reinsurance (E) Task Force meeting at the 2023 Summer National Meeting. The Task Force will consider the adoption of meeting minutes, receive working group reports, and discuss any other matters.

To discuss comments received prior to the Tuesday, July 25, 2023, call date on the updated draft of the new NAIC Consumer Insurance Privacy Protections Model Act #674 that will be exposed for comments starting Tuesday, July 11, 2023, and ending Friday, July 28, 2023.

The purpose of this meeting is to adopt minutes, consider 2022 statistics and 2023 newsletter, and discuss pandemic risk.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the remaining items from the Working Group's meeting on May 31 and any new items.

The purpose of the call will be to review comments on the previously exposed Scalar proposal and incorporation into the 2023 GCC instructions and template. 

The purpose of the call is to 1) consider adoption Subgroup report; 2) consider adoption of the Working Group minutes; 3) consider adoption of the 2023 Property /Casualty (P/C) Risk-Based Capital (RBC) Newsletter; 4) discuss 2022 RBC statistics; 5) discuss the Working Group’s Working Agenda; and 6) hear a presentation on the Underwriting Risk Report from the American Academy of Actuaries (Academy).

The Working Group has been focusing on their charge to: Review existing NAIC Models and Guidelines that address the use of lead generators for sales of health insurance products and identify models and guidelines that need to be updated or developed to address current marketplace activities. 

The goal for the Working Group during this conference call will be to review new comments received and finalize the draft amendments for potential adoption.
