The Life Workstream will hear a presentation from Sharon M. Dietrich (Community Legal Services of Philadelphia) regarding clean slate initiatives and her comments on the April 25 ACLI presentation. The Life Workstream also plans to discuss the draft survey on criminal history.  

1) Discuss comments on July 11 Draft Regulatory Guidance received by July 26 deadline; and 2) Consider possible adoption.

The Producer Licensing Uniformity (D) Working Group will continue meeting monthly on the 1st Tuesday of the month to review and discuss the applications until finalized.
