The purpose of the call is to adopt the Working Group’s minutes from the September 26th call, discuss comments received on exposed Financial Analysis Handbook guidance, and consider adopting revisions to the Handbook.

This meeting is in lieu of meeting at the 2024 Fall National Meeting. 

The Working Group will be meeting to discuss the NAIC State Licensing Handbook.

Discuss revisions made from comments received on the previously exposed Premium Increase Transparency Guidance and consider adoption of the revised Guidance document.

The purpose of this meeting is for the Task Force to adopt reports of its Working Groups.

Purpose: hear a presentation about how AI is used in insurance including implementation challenges and lessons learned, and receive an update on the AI systems evaluation work

The purpose of this call will be to discuss: 1) Discuss CE Survey and 2) NAIC State Licensing Handbook.
