2020 Membership

The NAIC's Market Conduct Annual Statement Blanks (D) Working Group is the national forum for states to define and revise Market Conduct Annual Statement (MCAS) data elements and definitions.

2020 Charges

  1. Review the MCAS data elements and the “Data Call and Definitions” for those lines of business that have been in
    effect for longer than three years and update them, as necessary.

  2. Develop an MCAS blank to be used for the collection of data for additional lines of business, where appropriate.
