The purpose of this meeting is to receive updates from the American Academy of Actuaries on CLO RBC project. 

The purpose of this meeting is to receive an industry presentation on proposed statutory accounting guidance for asset-liability matching (ALM) derivatives.

The Working Group plans to meet monthly on Wednesday of each month to finalize its priorities and charges for 2025.  The Working Group will be focusing on the review of the State Licensing Handbook - Chapter 6, Chapter 8 and Chapter 14.

The purpose of the call is to consider receive updates on C3 and Covariance.

Discuss Comments on Draft Prior Authorization White Paper

The purpose of the call is to discuss adding new guidance to the FA Handbook.

Purpose: To discuss the drafting of the Homeowners Insurance Shopping Tool

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the policy and fraud types collected on fraud referrals and to determine the types that should be eliminated, combined, or added to the NAIC Online Fraud Reporting System (OFRS) and other fraud systems. 

The purpose of this call is to discuss comments received on the Statistical Handbook of Data Available to Regulators. 

The Working Group will solicit and discuss member & stakeholder feedback on two key documents central to advancing consistent and effective cybersecurity regulation. These materials outline a framework for reducing duplicative and redundant compliance efforts across departments, emphasize the importance of interdepartmental communication, and propose a standardized approach to gap analysis.
