To hear an update and discuss telework and its effect on workers' compensation, as well as to hear a short presentation regarding presumptive workers' comp benefits for Fire Fighters and First Responders.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss items previously exposed, and to consider the exposure of any new items.

To adopt Fall National Meeting minutes, discus Member Topic Survey, and hear a presentation by Lucinda Myers (BCBSOK) on Tribal Programs and Investments in Tribal Health and Health Equity with the presentation by J.T. Petherick based on a study on ACA Risk Adjustment related to Native American populations.

Continue to Discuss Model #171 Revisions

The Adjuster Licensing (D) Working Group will be holding a conference call to discuss the priorities for 2023. The goal will be to discuss the pathway to effectively achieve reciprocity in an electronic efficient process.
