FEATURED PRESENTER:  Dr. Raymond Sheh is an Associate Research Scientist at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and a Guest Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Raymond has a Ph.D. in Machine Learning for Robot Control and has over 20 years in research in AI, robotics, measurement science, and risk management/governance.
