Comments are requested on draft Buyer's Guide on Deferrred Annuities  regarding clarity, tone, organization, and whether the draft effectively addresses key consumer risks and decision points.

Also attached are two examples of interactive materials that could potentially be incorporated into the consumer guide:

• A checklist of annuity questions from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation annuity guide
• A sample Appendix A from the NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation (Best Interest Model)

These materials are provided as reference points for discussion. Consider whether similar tools would improve consumer understanding and usability in our guide.
