Discuss Comments Received on Draft Revisions to Article V of the Privacy of Consumer Financial and Health Information Regulation (#672).

The Working Group plans to meet monthly on Tuesday of each month to finalize its priorities and charges for 2025.

Discussion of proposed market analysis requirement

The purpose of this meeting is to consider adoption of meeting minutes, one previously exposed item and the editorial listing, and to consider the exposure of any new items.

This will be the monthly webex conference call for the Uniform Education (D) Working Group.  The Working Group will be continuing their review of the State Licensing Handbook Chapters.

The purpose of this call will be to: Review and finalize revisions to the State Licensing Handbook - Chapter 18 (Adjuster Licensing).

Purpose:  Continue discussion of proposed edits to the 2026 P/C Statement of Actuarial Opinion (SOA) instructions and Regulatory Guidance documents.
