Discuss and Potentially Consider Adoption of Subgroup 2024 Revised Charges

The purpose of the call is to 1) hear update of the severe convective storm peril; 2) discuss wildfire impact analysis; 3) discuss the possibilities of adding flood peril in the Rcat component; and 4) consider exposure of the referral from the Capital Adequacy (E) Task Force on geographic concentration issue.

The purpose of this call is to discuss P/C actuarial issues.

Call to review and approve submission of NAIC comments on the International Association of Insurance Supervisors’ (IAIS) public consultations: Draft revisions to supervisory material related to the Holistic Framework; Climate risk supervisory guidance – ICP guidance and supporting material; and Application Paper on supervising diversity, equity and inclusion – the governance, risk management and culture perspective. 

During this meeting, the Working Group will: 1) hear opening comments; 2) consider its May 15, 2024, minutes for adoption; 3) discuss written comments received on the path forward from Working Group members, Interested Regulators, and Interested Parties (including NAIC Consumer Liaison Representatives); 4) vote on the path forward; and consider any other matters before the working group.

Climate Risk Disclosure Workstream

The purpose of this meeting is to hear presentations on how small to medium-sized companies can initiate and strengthen their approach to climate risk integration and disclosure.

Several agenda items, including adoption of proposed revisions to AG 51, HATF revised 2024 charges, hear a discussion from HATF on silver-loading and hear a case study from the CIPR on network adequacy in Mississippi.

The purpose of this call is to facilitate training and the sharing of expertise through predictive analytics webinars (aka "Book Club").

The purpose of this meeting is to consider adoption of proposals 2024-09-CA (Underwriting Risk Investment Risk Factor), 2024-13-CA (Receivable for Securities Factors), 2024-16-CA (Revised Preamble), 2024-17-L (BA Mortgages Omitted AVR Line Factor), 2024-18-CA (Residual Factor for PC& Health), 2024-15-L (Collateral Loans); discuss the possibility of establishing a new subgroup to evaluate the non-investment risk issues; discuss the referral from the Statutory Accounting Principles (E) Working Group (SAPWG) regarding the investments in tax credit structures and; hear updates from the SAPWG on the potential revision on Schedule BA Collateral Loans Disclosures and Reporting Lines.

Purpose: receive input from consumer representatives to understand the issues they believe the Committee should address, as well as to discuss the issues the Committee is actively addressing.
