The purpose of the upcoming conference call will be to discuss the changes for the Working Groups leadership and the status of Pet Insurance Licensing Standards.

Hear a presentation from Guy Carpenter regarding community based insurance.  

Continue to discuss e-commerce laws and regulations as well as the form and substance of a state survey, while also continuing to develop its overall workplan.

Discuss the timeline for data collection for NAIC reports.

Discuss the revised draft model.

Discuss revising the ERISA Handbook to include a summary of the Supreme Court Case Rutledge v. PCMA. 

To receive and discuss comments on Segment Three of the Privacy Policy Statement exposure draft.

The purpose of this call is to continue discussion of the 10/12/21 CASTF agenda.

Discuss draft 2022 charges, hear a presentation on Demotech’s Regional Title Underwriter Escrow Theft and Defalcation Prevention Measures report and hear a presentation on new policy forms from ALTA.
