The purpose of the call will be to discuss comments received on the affiliated services exposure and to consider changes to analyst/examiner salary ranges in NAIC handbooks.

The purpose of this call is to discuss P/C actuarial issues.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider agenda items 2021-15, 2021-13, 2021-12EP, and INT 21-02 in advance of the 2021 Fall National Meeting in San Diego.

PRE-DISASTER MITIGATION WORKSTREAM

Hear presentations from industry and state insurance departments regarding mitigation and resiliency.

The purpose of the call will be to 1) adopt response to the Financial Regulation and Accreditation Standards (F) Committee; 2) receive response to Financial Sector Assessment Program (FSAP) recommendation; 3) Consider proposed action from the Capital Adequacy (E) Task Force; and 4) adopt 2022 charges.

Continuation of discussion of comments received on a draft reduced benefit options consumer notices checklist.

CLIMATE RISK DISCLOSURE WORKSTREAM

Present the proposed redesign of the NAIC Climate Risk Disclosure Survey and expose the draft for public comment.

In lieu of the 2021 Fall National Meeting.

The purpose of the call is to 1) adopt interim meeting minutes; 2) discuss the results of the GCC Trial Implementation.

The purpose of this meeting is for the Working Group to discuss comments received for the remaining segments that have not yet been discussed (The Right to Data Portability and The Right to Restrict the Use of Data).

The Working Group also plans to walk through the Final Exposure Draft of the Privacy Report to the Market Regulation and Consumer Affairs (D) Committee (which includes the privacy policy statement, and The Right to Consumer Ownership of Data added at the NAIC Summer National Meeting) regarding the Working Group’s activities with recommendations for revisions to NAIC privacy models.

The two-week exposure period began Nov. 18 and will end Dec. 2, so comments can be discussed by the Working Group at the NAIC Fall National Meeting in San Diego.
